I’m Luiza Barwood

I’am absolutely thrilled to welcome you to INBRACE TALENT! At the heart of my work is Career Coaching and Talent Management—helping professionals gain clarity, build confidence, and take purposeful steps towards careers that truly fulfil them. My passion for empowering people and fostering inclusive, human-centred workplaces is what inspired me to embark on this new professional chapter as a solopreneur.

At INBRACE TALENT, I recognised a unique opportunity to support individuals at pivotal moments in their careers—whether navigating transitions, strengthening their personal brand, or unlocking new opportunities through networking and strategic positioning. I am dedicated to guiding professionals towards success on their own terms, while also helping businesses embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into their talent strategies.

Luiza is a Certified Career Coach and a Chartered Member of the CIPD, with over a decade of experience in Resourcing, Talent Management, and DEI. She holds a BA in International Relations, an MSc in Human Resource Management, and a CIPD Level 7 Award in Resourcing and Talent Management. Her global career has taken her from Brazil to New York and London, where she has collaborated with diverse international businesses, particularly within the financial services sector.

Passionate about fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), Luiza has led regional talent acquisition teams and completed transformative DEI programmes at Cornell University. She specialises in embedding DEI strategies throughout the talent lifecycle and driving meaningful organisational change.

As a Career Coach, she helps professionals enhance their personal brand, expand their networks, and navigate purpose-driven career transitions. Combining corporate expertise with a human-centred coaching approach, Luiza is committed to empowering individuals and organisations through strategic talent solutions.
