I’m Luiza Barwood
I’am absolutely thrilled to welcome you to INBRACE TALENT! My passion to be a change maker is what inspired me to start this new professional chapter as a solopreneur. I’ve always had a strong desire to celebrate diversity, promoty equity, inclusion and make workplaces more human.
At INBRACE TALENT, I recognised a unique opportunity to create a platform that helps businesses on their DEI journey and fosters an environment where everyone can realise their full potential.
By fostering a culture of inclusion and providing support and guidance, I believe we can navigate the complexities of the modern workplace and create environments where everyone can thrive. INBRACE TALENT is my vision for a future where work is not just a means to an end, but a source of fulfillment, connection, and purpose for all.
Luiza, a Chartered Member of the CIPD, is a seasoned People Professional with over a decade of experience in Resourcing and Talent Management. With a BA in International Relations, an MSc in Human Resource Management, and a CIPD Level 7 Award in Resourcing and Talent Management, her journey has taken her from her native Brazil to New York and London, where she’s collaborated with diverse international businesses, notably within the financial services sector.
Luiza brings a wealth of expertise in embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the talent lifecycle. From leading regional talent acquisition teams to completing transformative Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion courses with Cornell University, she is dedicated to driving positive change and championing DEI initiatives.
Her passion for people and unwavering commitment to delivering optimal solutions underscore her dedication to enhancing talent management strategies. Continuously pursuing growth, Luiza is currently working towards her Coach certification to remain at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
